It is a state with depression of mood without any obvious medical or situational causes manifested by an inability to cope with ordinary events or experience pleasure.

Some psychiatrist defines Depression as;

“The loss of ability to anticipate.”

It means that the person can’t take any decision or prompt act.

  1. Engage Yourself In Healthy Activities

The research studies revealed that regular exercise is ultimate source of relief as medication in mild depression. The recommended exercise need is 3 to 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time. Any healthy activity involving physical work contributes to recommended body need.

Be more social to avoid the feeling of loneliness as it makes the depression more badly.

Be with a proper routine life & habits as punctuality makes the person feel happy & helps him to get rid of depression.
